Scan is bad sorry. That's because it's a large poster.... This is signed by the cast of Lost in Yonkers during a Broadway play. Cast signers include: Jane Kaczmarek (upper left), Rosemary Harris (upper right), Jamie Marsh (left center), Alan Rosenberg (lower left), Benny Grant (Right center), Lauren Klein (lower right) and above Benny is David Chandler. I obtained this from someone who got it in person. It was on their walls for years (it's in pretty bad shape with the tack holes). But a unique piece and a couple hard sigs to get. It was a purchase.
