Lady Carnarvon signed deed.  Signed by several British Lawyers and whatnot as well.  Lady Carnarvon was the wife of famed Lord Carnarvon who founded King Tut's tomb.  This deed is for their Castle!  I love this and if you can believe it, it was found in the trash!
