Kansas signed program. We've seen them in concert a couple times and never was successful obtaining sigs (first time we COULD have and didn't); so I ordered this from their site. Don't do it! Took many months. I would have understood if they couldn't sign because on tour, but the webmasters and customer service reps never even responded. After several months I asked my credit card for reimbursement and got it. Then this arrived in the mail from the band. I normally would have given the money back, but not after what I went through! |
