Al Gore lette to Scott (my husband) for service at the US Embassy in Oman 1995; Mr. Gore was Vice President of the United States at that time and went to Oman in 1995; obtained at a later date ttm in military after meeting in person

Al Gore signed letter; Obtained ttm after an in person meeting in the country of Jordan. My hubby was assigned to the US Embassy at the time.  Mr. Gore of course was Vice President of the US under President Clinton.
